Developed by Orchid Systems, the RMA-WMS Link enables rapid turnaround times providing superior customer service and control for your returns process. It allows RMA (Sage Accpac ERP Return Material Authorizations Module) documents to be waved to WMS (Sage Accpac ERP Warehouse Management System), and WMS documents to be created in RMA automatically, thereby reducing time and effort in recording your RMA details accurately.
When Replacement Orders are created they can be optionally waved directly to WMS on creation. Additionally a stock adjustment can be created automatically to synchronize stock levels between Accpac and WMS.
